For Warrany issues

If you believe you are experiencing a problem with one of our products, please begin with contacting your point of sales for further instructions on how to proceed. The point of sales is your first hand in helping you with the warranty reclaim.



Tennmak guarantees that this product is free from manufacturing and material defects at the date of purchase and for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not limit binding legislation or the consumer¨s rights towards the seller. This warranty is valid provided that the party selling the product does not issue other warranties, and that the following conditions are met:

That the customer provides receipt with the date and place of purchase.

That it is purchased through an authorized reseller. Any purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third party sales will not be covered.

That the product can be identified as the product it is claimed to be.

That the product is not damaged due to improper treatment such as heat, cold, humidity, magnetism, abnormal wear and tear, 

modification or force majeure.

That the product is not damaged as a result of misinterpretation of the instructions.

That any manufacturing and/or material defects concern the main product, namely the earphones.

Warranty Replacements

To begin a warranty claim the customer is asked to fill out  Return Form. Once Tennmak have verified the Return Form the customer will be asked to send in the product for process to an address provided by Tennmak. If covered by warranty Tennmak will replace the product or in some cases, at Tennmak discretion, choose to replace it with a refurbished product. If the product is obsolete, a fitting replacement will be selected based on the features and the retail price of the product. For obsolete products Tennmak cannot guarantee the same color as the original product. Warranty replacements will be processed within 60 days. If the product should be out of stock this period may be extended.

Warranty Shipping

Tennmak will bear shipping back to the customer after warranty process only. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to returning the product to Tennmak. Products needs to be shipped in their original packaging or protected suitably to prevent damage during shipping. Tennmak will not be accountable for damage sustained in shipping. Tennmak will only be able to process packages that contain the full info of the customer, full name, shipping address, email address and order number.


If you have received your product and for some reason changed your mind you may return the product within 14 days of your purchase.

For acceptance of the return the product must be unused and in perfect condition, the original packaging and a copy of the receipt. In order to receive a return label you have to contact us. (Tennmak will not be able to process your return, or refund you if you send the product back without a valid return label). Accepted returns will be handled within 14-days of receiving and credited back to the credit card used when purchasing the product. Paid shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
